What are your hours?

Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.

How do we get started?

Call or E-mail us to schedule a meeting to discuss your business and website requirements in further detail.

What is required of me during the design process?

Prototype approval
Content delivery (text and images)
Final approval for the website to go live

How long will it take to complete my website?

Average completion time is 4-5 weeks depending on the complexity of the website.

What if I need updates after my site goes live?

Text changes are complimentary within 7 days of the website going live.  

What are the payment terms?

50% deposit to begin the project.  Remaining 50% due at the time of completion and required prior to the website going live.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

I don't want a new website design, but can you update or maintain my existing site?

We only update and maintain websites we designed.
